2. Disclaimer of Liability

• No Guarantee of Visa Approval: The use of our Templates does not guarantee that your visa application will be approved. Visa approval depends on the discretion of the relevant government authority, and the outcome of your application is entirely out of our control.
• No Liability for Outcomes: Immi Apply is not responsible for the outcome of your visa application, including but not limited to denial, delays, or requests for additional documentation. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or legal issues arising from the use of our Templates.

• Prohibited Activities: You agree not to engage in any activity that:

• Pricing: The Templates are available for purchase through the Site at the prices indicated at the time of purchase. All fees are in Australian Dollar, and may be subject to applicable taxes, depending on your jurisdiction.
